Relationship counselling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Who We Are
We are a group of counsellors and psychotherapist coming together to support Sussex.
All our counsellors are DBS checked, fully insured and members of the British Association of Counsellors and psychotherapist (BACP).
We can offer counselling in the safety of our premises in Shoreham-By-Sea or if you prefer we can come to your home.
All our counsellors are trained to offer online and telephone counselling if you prefer.

What is counselling and psychotherapy
